These terms cover the Inforuption iPhone app and this website. Paid subscriptions sold through Apple are also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement:

The service

Inforuption sends spoken score updates for games you follow. Free accounts receive score-only announcements after a 30-day Premium trial. Premium ($2.99 USD per month, billed by Apple) adds play detail and Sonos playback. Sports data can be late, incomplete, or wrong. The app is a companion, not an official scores authority.

Accounts

You must sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for that account. Do not abuse push delivery or attempt to access another user’s data.

Subscriptions

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
• Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Unused trial time is forfeited when you subscribe.

Acceptable use

Don’t reverse engineer the backend, scrape other users, or use the clips in a way that violates a league’s or a rightsholder’s rules. Team names and marks belong to their owners. Inforuption is not affiliated with MLB, NFL, NHL, NBA, NCAA, or any club.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is.” Announcements may miss a play. Speakers and music apps behave differently. We are not liable for missed scores, speaker ads, or interrupted audio beyond what the law requires.
